Disclaimer

1. General Information & Website Use

The information and creative tools provided on PhotoBooth (https://tryphotobooth.com) are intended strictly for general informational, educational, and creative entertainment purposes.

While we strive to provide a seamless, bug-free web photobooth experience with cutting-edge HTML5 Canvas and WebRTC technologies, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website, its software filters, layout rendering, or export functions.

2. Camera Hardware, Permissions & Privacy Notice

To use the photobooth capture studio, you must grant your web browser temporary permission to access your webcam or mobile camera hardware.

• Zero Server Storage: Your video frames are processed entirely on your local device GPU and CPU via HTML5 Canvas. We do not transmit, record, or store your live webcam feed on our servers.
• Hardware Compatibility: Performance, frame rate, and image resolution depend directly on your device camera capabilities, browser version, and available memory. PhotoBooth is not responsible for device overheating, battery drain, or browser crashes caused by intense graphic canvas rendering.

For complete details regarding our data practices, please review our comprehensive Privacy Policy.

3. Color Calibration & Physical Print Quality

PhotoBooth renders photo strips and collages at high resolution (300 DPI canvas scaling) designed for standard 2x6 inch and 4x6 inch photo paper printing. However:

• Colors displayed on computer screens or mobile OLED/LCD displays utilize RGB color gamuts, while physical photo printers utilize CMYK ink systems. Minor variations in brightness, contrast, and color balance between your digital preview and physical prints are normal and expected.
• Vintage film filters, grain effects, and monochrome color matrices simulate analog photography aesthetics. PhotoBooth makes no guarantee that exported digital files will match any specific industrial photographic print standard.

4. External Links & Third-Party Advertisements

PhotoBooth may contain links to external third-party websites, including social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and third-party advertising networks such as Google AdSense.

Such external links and advertisements are provided for convenience and monetization support. PhotoBooth does not endorse, verify, monitor, or guarantee the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or product claims of any third-party websites or advertisers.

To understand how advertisements and sponsored placements are managed, please read our Advertisement Policy.

5. User-Generated Content & Spotlight Gallery

Visitors may voluntarily choose to submit their created photo strips to our public Weekly Spotlight Gallery. The opinions, depictions, and creative expressions contained in user submissions belong solely to the individual creators and do not reflect the views of PhotoBooth.
