2. Acceptable Use & Content Policy

You agree not to use the camera studio or community gallery to create, post, or transmit:

• Content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Sexually explicit, violent, or non-consensual images.
• Images infringing on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.

We reserve the right to remove any submission from the Weekly Spotlight that violates these standards without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All website software, branding, 3D interactive graphics, layout designs, and curated filter shaders are the exclusive intellectual property of PhotoBooth. You retain all ownership rights to the personal photos you capture.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PhotoBooth is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
